Worthy Women NPC is an institution that advocates for participatory democracy for the DISABLED & DISADVANTAGED community, but not limited to the disabled & disadvantaged community, using skills development, entrepreneurship programmes, outreach programmes, provision of educational programmes, health care programmes and beauty pageants as key drivers for social inclusion, social cohesion and social integration.

The Mission of Worthy Women NPC is to serve as a cutting-edge, transparent, accountable organization that amplifies the VOICE of the disabled & disadvantaged in terms of artisanship, rights, needs, skills development programmes, training and entrepreneurship.

Miss, Mr and Mrs Deaf South Africa (MDSA) & Deaf Pageants South Africa are two legacy programmes of Worthy Women NPC. These legacy programmes serves to amplify the VOICE of the Deaf in the form of annual Pageants which enables the finalists to experience a transformational journey through leadership development, personal development and skills development programmes.
